We ship via UPS within Continental USA.
Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses!

*Note: Free Shipping for orders over $100.00 limited to UPS Ground shipping within the Continental USA with individual store orders. Not applicable for Supplement "KITS" such as Clinical Pearls, Weight Loss Express, etc.

Charges
Shipping within the continental US is calculated based upon the chosen method of shipment and the total purchase value of the merchandise being shipped.

International orders are shipped with US postal service, (UPS is too expensive) air letter or air parcel post, depending on weight.

Customer is responsible for customs and import taxes. We cannot be responsible, once the package leaves the United States.

No refunds on international orders.

Note: All orders containing suppositories
During the months of June through September - due to possible exposure to high temperatures during shipping - these order will be shipped with ice pack UPS 2nd Day Air only, Mondays through Wednesdays. No return of suppositories during those months.

Return Policy: Returned products must be received by us unopened, in original packaging, with all information included, no later than 7 days after you receive them. A 15% restocking fee will apply. Shipping charges incurred by us will be deducted from your refund.

NOTE: Any returns for orders over $200.00 require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Go to the Contact Us page and email a request for a RMA number. Without an RMA number, no such returns will be processed.
